We want you to feel confident subscribing to Zodovia. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at contact@zodovia.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are not issued for subscription renewals. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period, except in the case of the 7-day guarantee or where required by applicable law.
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take up to 10 business days to appear.
Refunds may be declined in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service.
