Zodovia is an astrology platform that provides personalised birth chart readings and horoscopes generated using artificial intelligence. Our services are for entertainment and informational purposes. We do not claim to predict the future or provide professional advice of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zodovia or create an account. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@zodovia.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Zodovia offers both a free tier and a paid subscription ("Premium"). The free tier includes a full birth chart and basic reading. The Premium subscription unlocks personalised daily horoscopes, forecasts, and additional features as described on our pricing page.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all transactions, tax collection, and billing on our behalf. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service available at paddle.com. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

All content on Zodovia — including readings, horoscopes, designs, and code — is owned by Zodovia or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. The personalised readings we generate for you are for your personal use only.
Zodovia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Astrological readings are for entertainment purposes only. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our content for any particular purpose. Do not make financial, medical, legal, or life decisions based on astrological content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zodovia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of Zodovia after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
